Check-in / Check-out

B&B: Check-in is available from 15:00 to 18:00. The check-out time is before 11:00.

Cozy Suite: Check-in is available from 16:00 to 23:00. The check-out time is before 11:00.

 

If you are late, please let us know and we will arrange a self-check-in for you. You can contact the property with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

Prepayment

When you choose Pay Online. We accept the following credit card - MasterCard/ Visa/ Discover/ American Express/PayPal. Also, we accept Alipay/WeChat Pay/UnionPay.  We accept cash payments. 

 

If you choose to Pay Later, we need your credit card number, name, and expiry date within TWO days after your reservation is made. Otherwise, we will cancel your reservation. Also, we need your address, phone number and Email. You should provide it by separate email or send an SMS to 250-885-6198 （WhatsApp/iMessage）or call us directly. Your credit card may be authorized 14 days before your check-in during the peak season for securing your reservation.   

 

Damage Deposit and Cleaning Fee

Our Cozy Suite needs a CAD500.00 damage deposit when you check in (cash or credit card Authorization).  And a one-time cleaning fee of CAD80.00 for your whole stay will be charged at your check-in.  

 

Breakfast 

Breakfast is available in the B&B house every morning from 9:00 to 10:30.

Sorry, breakfast is unavailable in the Cozy Suite. 

 

Internet

Wi-Fi is available in all areas of the house and is free of charge.

 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

In Bed and Breakfast: No children under the age of 17 years old - Unfortunately, our property is not set up for younger children. So, we only accept children aged 17 years & up. Thanks for understanding. There is no capacity for extra beds in all the rooms.

In Cozy Suite: Children of any age are welcome. The extra folding bed is provided (just one).

 

Parking

Free private parking is available on site (reservation is not needed).

 

Pets

Pets are not allowed.

 

Rooms

All guest rooms are located on the second floor and the guests will be asked to remove outdoor footwear in the front entrance foyer area, so you may wish to bring slippers or indoor footwear if needed.

 

Unavailable in Cozy Suite. 

 

Drugs and Smoking are prohibited in the house. Any party is prohibited in the place.

Canceelation and No-Show

For B&B:
Within 7 days before your check-in date - No refund is offered. (Oct. - April)

​Between 7 to 14 days before your check-in date - 1st night will be charged (Oct. - April)

14 days before your check-in date - Full refund. 

 

In May - Sept., Christmas and New Year, within 14 days before your check-in date - No refund is offered. 

 

For Cozy Suite:
Within 30 days before your check-in date - No refund is offered. 

 

Please note: For all the refunds we will deduct 6% of the full amount that you paid for banking charges （pay in and pay out） and 3% of the full amount that you paid for our cancellation service fee. 

 

Please let us know your reason for the cancellation so that we can keep improving our service.

 

​No-show Policy: If the guest doesn't show up, they will be charged the total price. 

 

Early check-out; If the guest is early check-out, no refund.
